Libao is a cross-platform audio library that allows programs to

For packages using libao, add a default dependency on a plugin (either
oss or sun), based on the current OS name.  This is only used if no
other libao plugin is installed, and is binary package friendly.

Addresses PR pkg/30920 by Chuck Cranor.
