Change to generic-nonlicense.  While this has some text and could be
added, the text is self contradictory, both granting permission to
redistribute and then prohibiting it.  The text also intends to
restrict running the program, which is not a right reserved to the
copyright holder.  It seems more reasonable to propose deletion of the
package than cause clutter by adding this text.

Otherwise, existing SHA1 digests verified and found to be the same on
the machine holding the existing distfiles (morden).  All existing
SHA1 digests retained for now as an audit trail.
