Import light-desktop

The light-desktop meta-package provides a fast and lightweight
environment using the minimal desktop LXDE and a selection of light
applications. This is based on the Lubuntu operating system's choices.

See the TODO here -- lots of work is needed. Please jump in and help.
In particular, please get some default startlxde and configurations
and themes and menus in place (see lubuntu for examples).
