Import pidgin-sipe-1.6.2 as wip/pidgin-sipe.

This Pidgin plugin provides support for the protocol used by Microsoft's
Office Communicator. This protocol is based on the open SIP/SIMPLE protocol.

Both included patches are submitted and accepted upstream.
