Drop gdk-pixbuf, gtk and vmware modules for suse.

* gdk-pixbuf and gtk are not used anywhere in pkgsrc and suse>10.0 does not
  support them.
* vmware module was used for emulators/vmware* packages, but it had been removed
  from pkgsrc.
