minskim says that tex-hugelatex nowadays has _lower_ limits than TeX Live,
which breaks some stuff.

Remove tex-hugelatex and let tex-jadetex fall back to the new TeX
Live defaults.
Bump PKGREVISION for tex-jadetex.
