Update tex-fontspec{,-doc} to 2.1f.

Changes:
    * Add a real error message when a font cannot be found.
    * Add "Letters=Random" feature.
    * Fix bug in which "Unknown feature `'..." warnings
      were shown in the log file.
    * Some small documentation improvements.
