Remove outdated libflashsupport-pulse package.

It was only refered from adobe-flash-plugin 10.0 package in Attic and
didn't work well (or not necessary?) for current adobe-flash-plugin11.

No particular comments to PR pkg/49705 and pkgsrc-users@ post.
