 - Add convenience method generateChild($scalar) which simply does \ 
addChild(new($scalar) ).
   Thanx to René Nyffenegger for this suggestion.
   Add matching test t/22_Tree_Simple_generate_child.t.
 - Reduce pre-req version of Test::More from 1.001014 to 1.001002.
