sysutils/i810switch: Install manpages into ${PKGMANDIR}.

Modify the Makefile patch to properly install manpages under
${PKGMANDIR}.  The previous rules were inconsistent -- some places
referred to "man/" and others to "${PKGMANDIR}/".
