Resolved issues
In certain circumstances (at counter wrapping, which happens on average after 32 \ 
GBi) AES GCM produced wrong ciphertexts.
Method encrypt() of AES SIV cipher could be still called, whereas only \ 
encrypt_and_digest() should be allowed.
