Adjust configuration so that it builds on NetBSD/macppc as well.
We need to avoid the JIT javascript code, due to missing support,
and also the YARR_JIT code.  Remove special-casing of NetBSD/sparc*,
it should still build (untested).
Bump PKGREVISION.
