print/ghostscript-agpl: Copy utf8 option from ../ghostscript-gpl (default off)

Copy the utf8 option from ghostscript-gpl, which is just bl3ing on
libiconv.  Leave it off for now (unlike -gpl).

Perhaps it should be default on, and perhaps it should be always
enabled and not even an option.
