Updated to latest release. Use ALTERNATIVES to let users know this is being
installed with ${PYVERSSUFFIX} appended to support concurrent python versions.
Fix dependency paths due to packages' being imported into HEAD. Name this
package as py-blink when it's imported and adopt that ${PYPKGPREFIX} now.
