./math/R-ini, Read and write .ini files

Parse simple '.ini' configuration files to an structured list. Users
can manipulate this resulting list with lapply() functions. This same
structured list can be used to write back to file after modifications.

archivers: Replace RMD160 checksums with BLAKE2s checksums

All checksums have been double-checked against existing RMD160 and
SHA512 hashes

Could not be committed due to merge conflict:
