Xtend now keeps track of the state of all X10 devices. This allows
you to have conditional execution of commands (e.g. "do this only
if lights A1 and P7 are on"). This data is also made available to
all programs run by Xtend and to any interested process running
on the computer.

Information made available to programs:

On/Off status for all 256 devices
Addressed / not addressed status for all 256 devices
Appliance or light for all 256 devices

misc: Replace RMD160 checksums with BLAKE2s checksums

SHA512 hashes

all: migrate homepages from http to https

pkglint -r --network --only "migrate"

As a side-effect of migrating the homepages, pkglint also fixed a few
indentations in unrelated lines. These and the new homepages have been
checked manually.

Add SHA512 digests for distfiles for misc category

Problems found locating distfiles:
	Package colorls: missing distfile ls.tar.gz
	Package molden: missing distfile molden-4.6/molden4.6.tar.gz
	Package softmaker-office-demo: missing distfile ofl06trial.tgz

Otherwise, existing SHA1 digests verified and found to be the same on
the machine holding the existing distfiles (morden).  All existing
SHA1 digests retained for now as an audit trail.
