./time/p5-DateTime-Format-Builder, Create DateTime parser classes and objects

Branch: CURRENT, Version: 0.8100nb5, Package name: p5-DateTime-Format-Builder-0.8100nb5, Maintainer: abs

DateTime::Format::Builder creates DateTime parsers. Many string
formats of dates and times are simple and just require a basic
regular expression to extract the relevant information. Builder
provides a simple way to do this without writing reams of structural
code.

Builder provides a number of methods, most of which you'll never
need, or at least rarely need. They're provided more for exposing
of the module's innards to any subclasses, or for when you need to
do something slightly beyond what I expected.

Required to run:
[lang/perl5] [time/p5-DateTime] [time/p5-DateTime-Format-Strptime] [devel/p5-Task-Weaken] [devel/p5-Class-Factory-Util] [devel/p5-Params-Validate]

Required to build:
[devel/p5-Sub-Name] [devel/p5-Package-Stash] [pkgtools/cwrappers]

Log message:
Add SHA512 digests for distfiles for time category

Problems found with mismatching existing digests for:
	distfiles/asclock-classic-1.0.tar.gz
	distfiles/asclock-gtk-2.1.10beta.tar.gz
	distfiles/asclock-xlib-2.0.11.tar.gz
	distfiles/emiclock-2.0.2.tar.gz

Otherwise, existing SHA1 digests verified and found to be the same on
the machine holding the existing distfiles (morden). All existing
SHA1 digests retained for now as an audit trail.

Log message:
Bump for perl-5.20.0.
Do it for all packages that
* mention perl, or
* have a directory name starting with p5-*, or
* depend on a package starting with p5-
like last time, for 5.18, where this didn't lead to complaints.
Let me know if you have any this time.

Bump all packages for perl-5.18, that
a) refer 'perl' in their Makefile, or
b) have a directory name of p5-*, or
c) have any dependency on any p5-* package

Like last time, where this caused no complaints.
