./time/xcal, Calendar with alarms and a notebook for X11

[ CVSweb ] [ Homepage ] [ RSS ] [ Required by ]

Branch: CURRENT, Version: 4.1nb4, Package name: xcal-4.1nb4, Maintainer: kim

Xcal is an interactive calendar program with alarms and a notebook.

Pscal is an program that generates calendars in PostScript.

Xcal_cal is a program that takes you calendar entries and makes a file
for the standard UNIX calendar program to send you mail.

Xcalev is a program that is used to pre-load your calendar with all
those birthdays that you are prone to forget.

Xcalpr is a program that prints calendar files out to a terminal. Nice
if you have no X screen. This also can be used to generate a file for
the UNIX calendar program.

Log message:
Remove xcal as the upstream is gone and I can not find an alternate source.

It seems unlikely that this is being used much given modern calendaring
standards (e.g. iCalendar DTD [xCal]) and common interoperability.

Log message:
Add SHA512 digests for distfiles for time category

Problems found with mismatching existing digests for:
	distfiles/asclock-classic-1.0.tar.gz
	distfiles/asclock-gtk-2.1.10beta.tar.gz
	distfiles/asclock-xlib-2.0.11.tar.gz
	distfiles/emiclock-2.0.2.tar.gz

Otherwise, existing SHA1 digests verified and found to be the same on
the machine holding the existing distfiles (morden). All existing
SHA1 digests retained for now as an audit trail.

Log message:
Drop dependency on libXp (from Imake)

* libXp was used by Xaw8, but it had been obsolated, and in pkgsrc,
x11/libXaw/buildlink3.mk had been switched to pick up Xaw7 by default.
* With x11/xorg-cf-files, libXp was offered with XawClientLibs,
but updated to 1.0.4, it was removed.
* And pkgsrc had been switched to use always xorg-cf-files and imake from pkgsrc,
so all platforms should not require libXp from libXaw with Imake.

Bump PKGREVISION.

Log message:
- fine grained X11 dependencies for packages which have either USE_IMAKE
or USE_X11BASE set, but don't include mk/x11.buildlink3.mk directly or
  via buildlink3.mks
- introduce BUILDLINK_PREFIX.libXpm as alias for BUILDLINK_PREFIX.xpm
  in the !modular case
- fix some cases where the check for libX11 couldn't work at all by using
C++ for compilation without including the proper headers

Verified using a full X11_TYPE=xorg bulk build without additional
breakage. Discussed with salo@, wiz@ and send to packages@ for feedback.
