py-tryton-platform: Remove *-shipping-dpd depend.

That package is marked PYTHON_VERSIONS_INCOMPATIBLE=27, whereas this package is
specifically only for PYTHON_VERSIONS_ACCEPTED=27.

I don't understand how that is supposed to work, but this at least stops bulk
builds from being broken.
