Sub::Exporter::ForMethods provides helper routines for using Sub::Exporter
to build methods.

It distinguish from pure Sub::Exporter by getting methods which will not
be removed by namespace::autoclean.

archivers: Replace RMD160 checksums with BLAKE2s checksums

All checksums have been double-checked against existing RMD160 and
SHA512 hashes
