    - Remove ZLP patch for Gemalto IDBridge CT30 and K30. The patch was
      causing problems with the K50.  A new reader firmware (version F)
      solved the problem so the patch is no more needed.
    - Fix a memory leak in an error path
    - some minor bugs removed
