- \prehyphenchar set to 0 in languages requiring it: kannada,
    marathi, tamil, etc. (lua).
- \AddBabelHook can be set for specific languages.
- Fix - !\grq in T1 behaved like the ligature !`.
- Minimal preliminary support for the experimental harftex.
