./security/openct, Smart Card Reader drivers and middleware

Branch: CURRENT, Version: 0.6.20nb1, Package name: openct-0.6.20nb1, Maintainer: pkgsrc-users

Drivers for several smart card readers. OpenCT comes as driver in ifdhandler
format for PC/SC-Lite, as CT-API driver, or as a small and lean middleware,
so applications can use it with minimal overhead. OpenCT also has a primitive
mechanism to export smart card readers to remote machines via TCP/IP.

This package is obsolete. See pcsc-lite for an alternative.

Log message:
Import global switch for libusb's implementation [2/2]

This switch is meant to be used by packages requiring an implementation of the
former libusb (as in devel/libusb). The original implementation can be
chosen by setting LIBUSB_TYPE to "native".

The alternative implementation libusb-compat (as in devel/libusb-compat) wraps
libusb1 (in devel/libusb1). This implementation can be chosen by setting
LIBUSB_TYPE to "compat". On NetBSD, it has the advantage of not \
requiring root
privileges to locate and use USB devices without a kernel driver.

This second part switches packages using libusb to this framework. It does not
change compilation options or dependencies at this point.

Compile-tested on most packages affected and available on NetBSD/amd64.

Log message:
Add SHA512 digests for distfiles for security category

Problems found locating distfiles:
	Package f-prot-antivirus6-fs-bin: missing distfile fp-NetBSD.x86.32-fs-6.2.3.tar.gz
	Package f-prot-antivirus6-ws-bin: missing distfile fp-NetBSD.x86.32-ws-6.2.3.tar.gz
	Package libidea: missing distfile libidea-0.8.2b.tar.gz
	Package openssh: missing distfile openssh-7.1p1-hpn-20150822.diff.bz2
	Package uvscan: missing distfile vlp4510e.tar.Z

Otherwise, existing SHA1 digests verified and found to be the same on
the machine holding the existing distfiles (morden). All existing
SHA1 digests retained for now as an audit trail.

Remove example rc.d scripts from PLISTs.

These are now handled dynamically if INIT_SYSTEM is set to "rc.d", or
ignored otherwise.
