./wip/audio-mml, Real-time Audio Tool

Branch: CURRENT, Version: 4.4.01, Package name: audio-mml-4.4.01, Maintainer: pkgsrc-users

Rat allows users to conduct host-to-host or multihost audio
teleconferences over an internet.

This package contains development sources. The build has
been modified to install a libtool library (of the code normally
built only into "convenience" libraries) and headers. I did this
mostly as a convience for myself and others wishing to use this
for NetBSD audio in other applications.

Required to run:
[x11/tk] [wip/common-mml]

Required to build:
[pkgtools/x11-links] [pkgtools/cwrappers] [x11/xorgproto]

Log message:
Remove xextproto/buildlink3.mk in most cases where it occurs with
libXext/buildlink3.mk, now that it is included there.
Leave the places where its API version is set or variables from it
are used directly (about 3 packages).

Drop superfluous PKG_DESTDIR_SUPPORT, "user-destdir" is default these days.
Mark packages that don't and might probably not have staged installation.

Log message:
Add wip/audio-mml, which is essentially current RAT (mbone/rat) from
their svn repository. Currently it installs what are usually built
as convenience libraries as one full-fledged libtool library.

I'm hoping to experiment soon with using the audio layer (with its
excellent NetBSD support courtesy of developer Brook Milligan).
I haven't tried it yet, but it seems to also have some really slick
sound buffering code and of course RTP support, etc.

[Hopefully] more commits to come.
