Work in progress of lapack-3.4.x with gcc.
FC and PKGSRC_FORTRAN must be empty or set to /usr/pkg/gcc47/bin/gfortran.

It is freely-available software, and is copyrighted.

LAPACK is available on netlib and can be obtained via the World Wide
