re-Import binary package for thunderbird.
Basically copied from other mozilla packages like www/firefox-bin,
but for some reason there is no mail/thunderbird-bin.
This installs regular old thunderbird 1.5.0.8, but uses the official
linux binary release.

Log message:
symlink gtk2 and other required libs into the installation directory.

this allows the binary to at least find the libraries on Linux,
but it is segfaulting on startup for me on Slackware 9 after adding
glibc 2.3.2 to satisfy the requirement.
