Toolkit'' by John K. Ousterhout, Addison-Wesley, ISBN 0-20-163337-X.

Fix build on Darwin/64-bit.

- libtclstub is in lib, not lib/tcl8.5
- link against libfontconfig unconditionally. I am not sure about this
  patch but it is needed here.
