Universal Monitoring Dockapp.
Can be used to monitor:
1. CPU usage
2. Disk I/O
3. Memory
4. Swap
5. Filesystems - space utilization
6. Network traffic
7. Wireless link quality
8. CPU frequency
9. CPU temperature, fan speed, voltages (no lm_sensors required!)
10. Battery status (with actual - not guessed - discharge rate!)
11. Traffic from yuor router
12. Anything else :)

Remove xextproto/buildlink3.mk in most cases where it occurs with
libXext/buildlink3.mk, now that it is included there.
Leave the places where its API version is set or variables from it
are used directly (about 3 packages).

Drop superfluous PKG_DESTDIR_SUPPORT, "user-destdir" is default these days.
Mark packages that don't or might probably not have staged installation.
