pup is a command line tool for processing HTML. It reads from
stdin, prints to stdout, and allows the user to filter parts of
the page using CSS selectors.

Install README too.

Unfortunately pup doesn't have any man pages. However, README.md is
a good introduction to it so install it in `share/doc/pup' so that binary
package users can easily access it.

Bump PKGREVISION.
