MailHost is Zope-integrated feature to send mail from Web applications,
but can not send Japanese mail correctly.
This "jaMailHost" product will solve this problem.

Remove zope-jamailhost pacakge.

Since newer Plone and Zope introduce their own install framework, it is
difficult to support it in pkgsrc unless someone create some framework.
