This package contains the binary release of Tk, a GUI toolkit for Tcl.

The best way to get started with Tcl is to read ``Practical Programming in
TCL and Tk, 4th Edition'' by Brent Welch and Ken Jones, Prentice Hall PTR,
ISBN 0-13-038560-3. There's also the collectable ``Tcl and the Tk
Toolkit'' by John K. Ousterhout, Addison-Wesley, ISBN 0-20-163337-X.

MASTER_SITES -> MASTER_SITE_SOURCEFORGE; Removed options.mk line - i forgot
to commit this file and it's on another machine that i won't be able to
access for a couple weeks. Furthermore, i think it was just adding the
threads option, which i see that wip/tcl86/options.mk does and wip/tk86
uses that file.
