Update to 7.0.8.
Due to builtin.mk this is not used by default on most pkgsrc systems
that have good enough headers (or use Xorg).

Changes include:

    XF86keysym: add keyboard/monitor brightness controls (Bug #8120)
    Add XF86{Kbd,Mon}Brightness{Up,Down}, and XF86KbdLightOnOff.

    Xfuncproto: add _X_INLINE
