 - Fix order of HTML sanitizing, thanks Tomas Kuliavas.
 - Remove unneeded PHP endings from files.
 - Also support big5 when listed as 'big-5' in mbstring.
 - Fixed html decoding in Eastern functions that use recode and
   decoding of iso-2022 html emails.
