    * Class::MOP::Attribute
        - Introduce set_raw_value and get_raw_value, side effect free variants
          of {get,set}_value. These don't do anything useful in Class::MOP but
          have different behavior that set_value and get_value for Moose
          attributes. (nothingmuch)
