Build libreoffice4 using the upstream tarballs of the converter packages.
Needed since this libreoffice4 version is not (yet) compatible with the
librevenge-based packages we have in pkgsrc.

Based on a patch by Uwe Klaus in PR 49060.
Bump PKGREVISION.
