Also mark with 'paxctl +m' the copies of binaries that are placed in
the java/openjdk8/jre/bin/ directory.  In particular, apache-ant will
execute java from this directory rather than the copy in the non-jre
directory!

Bump package revision.

Fixes my problem building misc/libreoffice.
