  - Updated the copyright to 2018.
  - Updated README to reference the new FTPSSL_SSL_VER environment variable for
    the test case prompts.  (t/*.t)  Also fixed several typos in this file.
  - BugId 124570 asked for "_mdtm()" to allow for dates from 1999 \ 
& earlier.
  - Made the same BugId change in t/10-complex.t
