- Glue DLLs of XS modules should have type "shared" rather than \ 
"data"

  Detection broke on Windows where nowadays $Config{dlext} = "xs.dll"
  (i.e. it's not a simple suffix)

- Mention some other modules: Module::ExtractUse and Perl::PrereqScanner::* family

- Add %Preload rules for:
  - JSON::MaybeXS
  - HTTP::Entity::Parser
  - FFI::Platypus
