Update to 0.15.0 (by diffing git tags, no new distfile available). From
the changelog:

- Play catchup with newer html2text version again
- Workaround timezone parsing bug in dateparser
- Switch to dateparser for PyPI and tests as well
- Register properly the special mark we are using
- Reduce noise level of 'missing time' problems
