* Fix xdg-open path. PR pkg/56092
  https://bugs.documentfoundation.org/show_bug.cgi?id=108591
* Enable gtk3 option by default.
  The scrollbar problem disappears. Reported by Chavdar Ivanov.
  And this fix performance problem in drawing UI.
