* Noteworthy changes in release 1.21.2 (2021-09-07)

** Support for autoconf 2.71

** Fix a double free in FTP when using an absolute path

** Release tarballs no longer have a dependency on Python.

** --page-requisites will now also download links marked as "alternate
   stylesheet" or "icon"
