Bugs fixed
* A crash was resolved when using ``iterwalk()`` (or ``canonicalize()``)
  after parsing certain incorrect input.  Note that ``iterwalk()`` can crash
  on *valid* input parsed with the same parser *after* failing to parse the
  incorrect input.
