v2.20.0 - 2024/08/13

 - until now, when there was no bacon.toml file, the default one was applied, \ 
overriding the settings of prefs.toml.
   This is no longer the case: this default file is now applied before \ 
prefs.toml (which overrides it) - Fix #157
