Convert all packages using REPLACE_INTERPRETER to the new variable names
without underscores (REPLACE.*.old, REPLACE.*.new, and REPLACE_FILES.*).

Also convert REPLACE.*.new= ${SH:Q} back to ${SH}, as it should not be quoted
here, if at all.
