Cleaned up. Removed HAS_CONFIGURE - cmake handles this. Used SUBST
framework to fix PKGMANDIR. This was said to be done in their changelog,
but it hasn't. Removed qt4-libs buildlink - qt4-tools pulls this in.
Bump PKGREVISION. Nice package.
