Updated to 1.9.93, the latest version recommended by upstream. There's a
1.9.94, but it's still alpha. Maybe we could update to it later. Now
requires gtk3 and intltool. Added patch to allow networking functions to 
work for at least NetBSD besides Linux. From Release Notes:

This release includes many bugfixes over the three years, as well as many
enhancements to the OS X version. In General:

 * SIO1 support is enabled by default.
 * OpenAL can be the back-end to the sound plug-in.
 * Removal of the GXVideo plug-in code.
 * Multi-block saves are copied correctly.
