Epoxy is a library for handling OpenGL function pointer management for you.
It hides the complexity of dlopen(), dlsym(), glXGetProcAddress(),

   Log message:
   The generic EGL/GLX/WGL defaults are suitable for Darwin as BUILD_EGL
   will be
   correct, and possibly not zero.

   No revision bump required - this change fixes the build if the EGL = 0 guess
   was incorrect, and no change if it was correct.
