Fix problem when processing simple file as

The interim fix is picking the files up from previous texlive release
and put them in files directory. And copy them after extract.

	Package lgrind: missing distfile lgrind.tar.bz2

Otherwise, existing SHA1 digests verified and found to be the same on
the machine holding the existing distfiles (morden).  All existing
SHA1 digests retained for now as an audit trail.

PTeX adds features related to vertical writing, and deals with other
problems in typesetting Japanese. A set of additions to a TEXMF tree,
for use with PTeX, may be found in package PTeX- texmf. PTeX is
distributed as WEB change files.
