As a side-effect of migrating the homepages, pkglint also fixed a few
indentations in unrelated lines. These and the new homepages have been
checked manually.

This makes the package build with clang-5.

-march=native yields an error in some configurations.
doxygen is not a dependency, so if the user has it and it's detected,
