archivers: Replace RMD160 checksums with BLAKE2s checksums

All checksums have been double-checked against existing RMD160 and
SHA512 hashes

Added package devel/ocaml-ppx_cold, a cold path annotation replacer.

This is a specialised package that replaces some annotations in OCaml
code. It's needed as a dependency for the new version of ppx_assert.
